Introduction

At APSHINEON, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you can cancel your car wash service booking and any applicable fees.

 

For Customers

  1. Free Cancellation Window: Customers can cancel their car wash service booking without any charges if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
  2. Late Cancellation Fee: If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time, a late cancellation fee of 50% of the service price will be charged.
  3. No-Show Fee: If a customer does not show up at the designated time and place for the service without prior notice, a no-show fee equivalent to the full service price will be charged.

 

For Washers

  1. Service Commitment: Washers are expected to commit to the service bookings they accept. If a washer needs to cancel a service, they must inform APSHINEON and the customer as soon as possible.
  2. Penalties for Late Cancellations: If a washer cancels a service less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time without a valid reason, they may face penalties, including suspension from the platform.
  3. Emergency Situations: In cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, washers should contact APSHINEON support immediately to discuss the situation and avoid penalties.

 

How to Cancel

  1. Via the App: Customers can cancel their booking through the APSHINEON app by navigating to their bookings and selecting the cancel option.
  2. Contacting Support: Alternatively, customers can contact APSHINEON support at [Email Address] or [Phone Number] to request a cancellation. The cancellation request will be processed based on the time it was received by our support team.

 

Refunds

  1. Eligible Refunds: If a cancellation is made within the free cancellation window, the customer will receive a full refund to the original method of payment.
  2. Late Cancellation Refunds: For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service, the customer will receive a refund minus the late cancellation fee.
  3. No-Show Refunds: No refunds will be provided for no-show situations.

 

Changes to This Cancellation Policy

We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Cancellation Policy on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Cancellation Policy.
